Q. Am I eligible for this course...?
A. If you fit in these eligibility criteria which are:
For undergraduate (MBBS)- HSSC with min. 60%
For graduate (MS, MD)- undergraduate in medicine with min. 50%. For post-graduate (Ph.D)- graduate in
medicine
Q.What is the total duration of this course..?
A. The total duration of this MBBS course is 5 years with 1 year of internship, which you can do it anywhere
either in your own country or China.
For MS and MD course is 3 years.
For Ph.D is 2 years.
Q.Can a student avail loan facility, what are the procedures?
A. Yes you can avail education loan from any bank. The entire necessary information are provided at the time
of enquiry by us
Q.Obtaining visa's are guaranteed... ?
A.Yes we provide a guaranteed visa for China to all admitted students.
Q. Why should I study in China when the same programs of study are available in Pakistan?
A. China offers interesting opportunities to students from all over the world at very low budget. Tuition fees in Chinese Universities are comparatively lower than Europeans Universities. As for Pakistan, the cost also goes high if you wish to study in private medical or engineering colleges. China genuinely offers standard education at very affordable fees.
Q. What kinds of visa should I apply for?
Foreigners coming to China to study for a period of 6 months or more should apply for an X-visa. Those studying for less than 6 months may apply for F-visa. The application form should be submitted together with the Admission Notice and the JW201 or 202 Form issued by a Chinese college or university.
Q. What is JW202 Form?
The JW201 / JW202 is a form generated by a Chinese university upon admission acceptance. You cannot download a JW201 / JW202, since the school has to fill it out in Chinese, stamp it (nothing is official in China without being stamped) and sign it themselves.
Q. Are scholarships available?
The Chinese government has several scholarship programs for those who wish to study in China. There are several types of scholarships available for foreign students, including the Chinese Government Scholarship, CHINA/UNESCO the Great Wall Fellowship, Distinguished International Students Scholarship, HSK Winner Scholarship, Chinese Cultural Research Fellowship and so on. But the scholarships are available from second year onwards.
Q. Can I work while studying?
According to government regulations in China, international students cannot work during their studies. However, part-time work or internships are sometimes allowed. Jobs teaching English are particularly easy for native English speakers to find.
Q. Do I have to live on campus?
Off-campus housing is available but you must make sure that any apartment you rent is a legal residence for foreigners.
Q. What is the average level of living expenses?
China is a developing country where you can find both very expensive and cheaper goods depending on your taste. And overall living expenses in China are quite low.
Q. How to exchange cash in China?
Credit cards and debit cards are only accepted in super markets or restaurants. Banks of China provide foreign exchange services, cash personal checks, traveler's checks and / or credit cards.
Q. WHAT IS CHINEASE CURRENCY?
The currency of People's Republic of China is Chinese Renminbi RMB. It is also sometimes referred to as the Chinese Yuan.
Q.What are the documents required for the admissions?
A.The photocopies of all relevant documents which are necessary for academic eligibility and proof are
required for the admissions. You will get the list of documents at the time of enquiry.
Q.Since when are the Universities established?
A.All these universities are established in 90's and before, gradually diversifying in many advanced courses.
Q.Where are these Universities located?
A.All these universities are located near to Shanghai's International Airport in the heart of China.
Q.Are the degrees offered by foreign universities recognized by Medical Council Of Pakistan and World Health organization?
A.All the medical colleges and university present in the list of WHO are recognized by both.
Q.What is the medium of teaching in China?
A.All the universities we are representing are having English medium education. However, Chinese
language class is included in first year, this is to make students stay comfortable by enabling them to
communicate smoothly with the locals.
Q.Is Pakistani food available there in mess?
A.Yes , it is available for Pakistani students throughout the year. Halal food also available.
Q.Can I do my internship from Pakistan?
A.Yes, but first the student has to qualify the Screening Test of PM&DC.

Q.Can I practice in Pakistan on my return?
A.Yes, you can practice in India as a medical practitioner, you have to register yourself with the State or PM&DC. For this you have to appear for the screening test.
Q.Can I get job in Government Hospitals or allied medical institutes in Pakistan?
A.Yes, after clearing the screening test and getting your registration , you are eligible for any government
appointments. ( subject to rules, regulations and employment availability)
Q. What is the average cost of living?
The cost of living low, however your monthly living expenses would depend on your lifestyle. The accommodation cost is usually adjusted in your yearly fees by the university. The food should cost you no more than 5000 rupees a month in China.
Q. Can I open a bank account in China?
Students enrolling for longer courses may wish to open a bank account in the banks of China. It is easy for student to open a bank account. The only official document required is your passport.
Q. Can I take dependants with me?
No you cannot. The Chinese immigrations rules do not allow dependants on student visa.
Q. What other types of expenses should I plan for while in China?
Entertainment in China is generally inexpensive. Transportation options include the public bus (which costs 1-2 RMB per ride) and subway (2-4 RMB per ride), as well as taxi service which costs 10 RMB for short distances and up to 30 RMB to go across town or downtown. Many students also opt to buy bicycles while they are in China. Bicycles are the most common mode of transport in China and the flat landscape makes most cities ideal for this type of transportation. New bicycles can be purchased for around 200 RMB.
Q. How can I get or exchange money while I am in China?
You may bring money with you, either in the form of cash or traveler's checks. ATM machines are available in most banks of China. You can also draw cash in advance over the counters at most large banks for a transaction charge. Major hotels and most five star restaurants and stores now accept credit cards in China.
Q. What do I need to bring with me?
Today in China you can find almost any products and brands that you would find at your home country. We recommend that you bring any prescription medication in sufficient quantities to last for the duration of your visit and any preferred brands of over-the-counter medications (cold & flu tablets, etc.) Clothing is also plentiful and very inexpensive.
